About Our Founder
Nayantara Parpia is an internationally acclaimed Kathak performer and dance educator, based between Pune and Singapore. She has been a disciple of Smt. Yogini Gandhi and late Pandit Birju Maharaj ji. Fueled by her passion for the arts and a deep love for teaching, Nayantara founded Tridhara in 2017, with the aim of integrating traditional Kathak training of the Lucknow gharana with other allied streams, such as Hindustani music and body conditioning.

We welcome young boys and girls in Pune, aged 6.5 years and above, to come explore Kathak at Tridhara. Our aim is to foster curiosity and love for the magical world of Indian classical performing arts, while instilling strong values such as patience, discipline and dedication.
We do not offer online classes for children.
